Origin Fort Collins

Started in May 2017, Origin began as a couple of friends who started selling shoes and clothes to make some extra money on the side of their day jobs. Soon after, business began to boom and things really started to pick up. Social media followers, sales, interactions, and positive feedback were all coming in and growing exponentially. A need for an actual brand was emerging and needed to be seriously set in motion.

By August, Origin Fort Collins was in full gear. It had become a reputable and relatable source to buy skateboarding and streetwear apparel items and accessories on many platforms. Because of this, branding of Origin merchandise came naturally with the want of their customers to represent our brand’s logo and where they were buying their goods.

In June of 2018, Origin Fort Collins branched out and created ‘Origin Colorado’. This would serve as a new home for the reselling side of Origin, while ‘Origin Fort Collins’ would be used for our own brand’s products and local efforts. Today, ‘Origin Colorado’ continues to resell items via Instagram while ‘Origin Fort Collins’ continues to make Origin branded merchandise and produce occasional skateboarding edits posted to social media.
