Where are you located?

We are located in Fort Collins, Colorado, USA.

Do you have an actual store?

Nope. This is it! Any products we make available will be made available exclusively on this website.

How limited is stock on items?

This varies from item to item. Typically items are very limited and will never be restocked.

An item I want is ‘Out of Stock’. Will it ever be restocked?

No. In very, very, very rare instances older product may be found in storage and then posted on the ‘Shop’ page for purchase. Do not count on it.

My order never shipped, where is it?!

Oh no! That’s not like us to do.

First off, most products are made to order with a production time of between 5-7 business days and an additional 5-7 business days for shipping. If the date of your order is still within the past 14 days, please be patient and we will get your tracking number as soon as your item is ready for shipping.

If you are out of that 14 day period, please visit the ‘Contact’ page and contact us with the subject title ‘SHIPPING MISSING’ with your name and order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible with an answer to the problem.

Can I send skate demos?

Sure! DM us on Instagram and we will watch what we can! We always like seeing new clips and edits. No promises on responses on your potential submission, but they are always welcome. Do not send in submissions with the intentions of gaining recognition.
